The ​​project is located in the northwestern part of the city of Lisbon and is characterized by the presence of numerous hills which are neighborhoods of the new facility. In this case, the project aims to solve some issues concerning the usability of surroundings of residential buildings. Particular care has been taken in the functional design of some of these areas, some of which are intended for recreational activities, relaxation and meeting. The choice and positioning of the tree species was made to facilitate and in some cases eliminate the action of the wind. Important  is the use of permeable materials and aggregates and the  fountain arranged on 3 levels whereby the climate comfort is high so guarantees the enjoyment of the places. Another element of importance is represented by the insertion of an irrigation system designed to ensure the water supply of vegetation.

The project area is part of the district of Malagrotta where there are many quarries which gave the supply of materials for the construction of the airport of Fiumicino.

Inside the park we have a suistainable building that hold a FARM, a lot of Energy is product by renewable Energy like photovoltaics and biomass that respond to the needs of the entire park and some of the surrondings areas. The park including orchards and urban garden that make possible a market to sell this product.

The presence of an abandoned quarry has given us the opportunity to use the same as the rainwater entering, so the park will use the water and they can be put in the irrigation circuit .

The narrow proximity to the largest landfill of Europe has meant that systems are integrated mitigation of pollution from it with the help of techniques and suitable tree species.
